A very faded and grubby Village Flyer ticket for route B dated 15/5/2001. Sadly this is the only Village Flyer ticket that I have, I think that there were dedicated season tickets for residents of The Village and they may have had to be handed in to obtain a renewal. Does anyone out there know of any information regarding ticketing on the Village Flyer?

Route 541 Caterham Village to Caterham Station

This page shows a selection of photos with a variety of different buses taken along the route. When The Caterham Village 344 X344 YGU was having maintenance done at Crawley, other buses would cover her duties, some of the strangers can be seen here. Starting at Caterham Village, Brigade Place, then along Guards Avenue, turn right at Tesco's along Coulsdon Road, turn left at The Clifton Arms Pub (now closed), along Chaldon Road, turn right along Caterham-on-the-Hill High Street, along Church Road, left down Church Hill to terminate at Caterham Railway Station outside Waitrose.

Route 541 Caterham Station to Caterham Village

Route 542 variation via Banstead Road, Burntwood Lne and Croydon Road

Two journeys each way on the Caterham Villager ran in both drections displaying the route number 542, mornings from Caterham Station via Croydon Road, Burntwood Lane and Banstead Road, Coulsdon Road to The Village and afternoons from Caterham Village, Coulsdon Road, Banstead Road, Burntwood Lane and Croydon Road to Caterham Station. These journeys would continue to take up the next journeys on route 541.
